"I have a following health issue before going to god gift yoga. 1. Hypertension 2. High BP 3. Sleeping disorder 4. Heavy weight 5. "I want to share my experience with God Gift Yoga. A while back, I was really struggling with depression, stress, and those dreaded sleepless nights. I was desperate for some relief, so I decided to give yoga and meditation a shot. I met Chitranjan Guruji at God Gift Yoga, hoping to learn some meditation techniques. But he suggested I try both yoga and meditation together to help my body and mind get in sync. Honestly, I wasn't sure it would work, but I was willing to give it a try. After a few weeks of regular practice, I started noticing some changes. The yoga classes helped me loosen up my tense muscles and feel more relaxed overall. And during the meditation sessions, guided by Guruji's calming vg time. Nice, I found moments of peace that I hadn't experienced in on Now, I'm sleeping better, and I feel less weighed down by stress and sadness.
