There are few things which you can improve while learning from mam for instance Mam will give you tips regarding PTE but apart from that You will get to know how to improve your speaking skills like pitch of voice. MTl means Mother Tongue Influence. To remove it watch English programs or any other language and try to pick up accent of simple words and practice and practice speaking them in the similar manner. This will help you in solving your problem of MTI while speaking in English or any other language.

To get rid of this problem, the first step would be to get rid of your inhibition. Then start reading a newspaper article or an article in a magazine loudly, watch any English web series and if possible, interact with your friends and family in English.
