A small introduction about me.
I'm a Bcom graduate and have 11 years of experience in Finance. After working 11 years in corporate, my health started getting deteriorate by continuously sitting on chair for prolonged hours. It affected me so badly that it created regular back pain, neck pain, sciatica, anxiety, confusion, mood swings, irritation, depression, muscle twitching and pre diabetes.
Then I realised my health is going down very fastly and took a decision if I'm not making my health my priority than nobody will. And then I completed 500 hours Yoga teacher training certification from the Yoga Alliance USA. I started getting changes in my health. No back pain, no neck pain, no sciatica, no depression. And then finally devoted myself completely to help others to achieve their health goals.
