Learn to cook restaurant-style gravies in my four hr one day workshop of Gravy Premix.

These premixes are in powder form so easy to preserve in fridge in air tight bottles. No preservative, No chemicals and No added artificial flavours. These ready to cook gravy premixes are most ideal for students living away from home, travelling abroad, working women and all of us when cooking in the time crunch. You will learn to make different delicious premixes in powder form, can store for six months in the fridge. All you have to do is add milk or water or tomato puree. And its ready in few minutes.

You can make more than 40 varieties of curries some of those are: Paneer Butter Masala, Matar Paneer, Paneer Lababdar, Palak Paneer, Corn Palak, Malai Kofte, Methi Matar Malai, Malai Paneer, Dum Aloo, and much more.

Demos of preparing curries out of premixes will be given in the class.

Creating healthy, hygienic and nutritious new dishes everyday for them slowly turned my passion into a profession. I consider my cooking as a beautiful blend of traditional old cooking which I inherit from my mother and grandmother and the new, modern day cooking to adapt to other cuisines.
I Have been cooking and baking for more than 30 years and started conducting workshops around 12 years back for kids, women and men.

You too can cook and bake. It's easier than you think. It only looks hard because you are unfamiliar with it. Once you understand the basics of cooking and baking, you can prepare anything you like, Indian or Italian or Chinese or French- you really don't need a cookbook anymore.

The classes are perfect for anyone with no cooking experience. I learnt when I had no idea about how to even cut vegetables. Now, I can cook independently and quickly as I am a student who does not have much time to cook. Most of the recipes can be adapted for different vegetables, so it is not too hard to remember them.
