Nothing can beat the peaceful state of mind, a mind which is aware, focused and present. Hi, I am an ashtang yoga instructor who is very much into meditation. I teach different types of meditation. Nispandbhaav, shavasana, reflection and most importantly vipasana. Peace of mind was always priority but after corona its most important than anything else. I have 6 years of meditation teaching experience and i am ready to share it with the world.

While in hastuttanasana, dont being your tummy forward, keep it stretched and give your apne an arc. In adhomukhoshwanasana keep your arms and back in one line. Look at front while doing bhujangasana.
