I will advice u to do course in risk management as u already have experience in banking and finance . It's a good career option in current scnerio, having good demand and risk management professionals are paid good amount.

Be confident & try to do your maximum conversations in English with your friends and others.Read English newspaper daily and learn the words u dont know & watch news debates in English everyday. U will notice diffrence.
