Educated unemployment is when a person is educated and is not able o find a suitable and efficient job for himself. It could be happening due to various reasons, but the most popular reason is because of the lack of employment opportunities. This also occurs when there is a large number of graduates or postgraduates, but limited job opportunities and limited companies. Young graduates, after their education, find it challenging to fetch a suitable job. The rate of educated unemployment is during every year in India and other countries. Whatever stream or profession is chosen by them, requires high dedication to face stiff competition. This is the main cause for youngster's failure regarding job prospects. In order to avoid and overcome such situations, it is essential for the youngsters to be aware of what career path they have to choose to fetch a suitable job for themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to provide excellent education and regarding job prospects and career opportunities. This will help them in choosing a profession that is suitable for their capability and aptitude. Raising constant awareness about this will gradually reduce the impact of the issue. read less
