At first, you should have the knowledge of pronunciation of each word, then your speaking skills will improve.

I would suggest you to start reading english books(novels, etc) and watch english web series. It is really helpul. I would also suggest to get the meaning of new words that you come to know while reading. You can also read english news paper in fornt of mirror.

Read the newspaper aloud for at least 5 minutes.You might learn a new word or pronunciation(research if not sure).* Also, start interacting in English with your near ones.
