Where can I learn to play the cello in Kolkata? Also, is it a bad decision to take up learning the instrument considering that it is only possible for me to buy the models of the lowest range (22k or so) as it is I'm unable to locate any shops which rent instruments here.

Hello Dear, I am From Chandigarh. I don't really know any place in Kolkata.. But the thing that I can suggest you is. You can get guitar online also. Just buy guitar for practice purpose not much costly.. It should not go more then 10k. Once you are playing properly Go for a better one thanks..
