I am a professional yoga teacher, teaching hatha yoga in mumbai since 2013, also an Energy Healer & teach various Meditation practices.
I am very passionate about the way of teaching yoga and most of my students were the ones, who were suffering from some or the other physical health & mental problems. Yogasana, pranayama, meditation, simple sadhana and kriya techniques helped me to make a difference in the lives of many individual. I have been passionately involved in healing people for various health issues like high bp, diabetes, hypo-thyroid, stress (not only in adults, even children during exams). I have conducted various free meditation and self healing camps at various places such as in police camps & training centres, hospitals, corporate and building societies, etc. For people from all walks of life for the upliftment and transformation of the society.
I have completed Yoga Teachers training course from the yoga institute, santacruz in 2013, further did a one month Yoga Teachers training course from sivananda ashram, madurai in 2016.
I love what am doing because my motto in life is "Help ever hurt never”.
