First, Make a plan chart. The chapters that you are having the most difficult time to understand. Than take one lesson from that chapter and start learning from the very first lesson. Don't skip until you understand the basics. For a medical exam, understanding concepts are very important. For the same use visuals (watch video's)and flash cards learning (online) They are available with me as well. Its interesting and understanding becomes clearer. After completing all lessons from the chapter say Human Physiology. Take MCQ's from books. Also, From each lesson in that chapter, Take MCQ's. Hope this helps. IB if you change at 11the grade itself. but not when you have completed 11th. So if you are still in 11th and wanting to change boards. IB will be the best option. It will be tough at first to adjust in 11th but its worth it. But I don't believe changing in 12th grade to IB. So you have the time now study 11th and 12th IB.

First step. Start from one chapter and don't rush to the next until you know each lesson in that chapter. Everything in connected. So you wonder I have not learned 2 chapters and ran out of time. The chances are you will know the answers to those questions from the earlier chapters if your basics are strong. Take it easy. Dont load youself by overlearning. Brain has capacity to remember. So even you spend an entire night. Its not worth it. Chapter 1 Lessons from that. watch video's for example Nephron working in Human physiology chapter. It will become more easier to understand than just reading. Visuals impact memory the most. Don't rush. Don't panic. Plan chart for each day and don't overload that chart.
