I teach Yoga to students of all levels, helping them improve their flexibility, strength, posture, and overall well-being. Although I have been teaching Yoga professionally for just 1 year, my passion for the practice goes much deeper. For me, Yoga is not only a physical discipline but also a way to create balance in life, reduce stress, and stay connected to one’s own body and mind.

I have completed my Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc. Computer Science), but my interest in Yoga led me to pursue formal training in the field. I completed a Yoga Teacher Training Program from Aarogya Yogshala, where I learned various forms of Yoga, correct asanas, breathing techniques, and teaching methodologies. This training has equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to guide students safely and effectively.

My classes are designed to help students transform both physically and mentally. I work with learners from different age groups and fitness levels, ensuring each session is adapted to their needs and comfort. Whether a student wants to improve flexibility, build strength, enhance stamina, or simply find relaxation through mindful practice, I create a supportive environment that encourages consistent progress.

I also focus on helping students develop discipline and awareness in their practice. Yoga is not just about performing poses—it is about breathing correctly, maintaining alignment, and understanding one’s own limits. I make sure to introduce these aspects gradually so students gain a deeper appreciation for the practice and experience meaningful changes over time.

I am currently participating in a district-level Yoga competition, and once the certificate is awarded, I plan to include it as part of my achievements. This experience motivates me to continue growing, learning, and improving as a Yoga practitioner and teacher.

I offer both online and offline classes, allowing students to choose the method that suits them best. My sessions are interactive, calming, and well-structured. I also support students by helping them build a consistent routine, improve challenging postures, and overcome any difficulties they face during their practice.

My aim as a Yoga teacher is to make Yoga accessible, enjoyable, and beneficial for everyone. Whether someone is just beginning or already experienced, I guide them with patience, clarity, and a positive mindset so they can experience the true impact of Yoga in their daily lives.
