IdentityI have more than 5 years of teaching experience .Though, during the early phase of my career,I happened to work as a senior software at Accenture( a US based fortune 100 MNC), it has been more than 5 years ever since I've completely switched over to teaching as I discovered that teaching is something where my real passion lies.
My students includes the kids of IIT Bombay professors,Co-founder of best start-ups of the country etc.You can be made to speak with my students for your satisfaction.I am also the director of a reputed coaching institute based in Vile Parle (W), Juhu .The institute is involved in training for the last 5 years.
TEACHING PEDAGOGY :
The focus is more on being systematic and organized while tutoring.As I have been working as a faculty with a reputed international school for the last 5 years, I've discovered that there are basically three types of learning styles. The three styles are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. I strictly believe that a good teacher should be adept in recognition of the learning style and customization of the lecture in order to suit the student's requirement.The ability of a teacher lies not only in being a master of the subject but also in being articulative enough to convey the concepts to the students with laser clarity.My corporate background has groomed me enough to be articulative and friendly so that the child not just learn but enjoy the process as well. I always make a lesson plan before the lecture with clear "GOALS"
