I first did meditated at the age of 12 under the guidance of Kamal Yogi ji, and have been practicing different forms of meditation since then,

Tea dhyaan, Naach Kriya, Fool Kriya, Hawa Dhyaan, kite Kriya and many more are some of its forms.

I learned Hath Yoga at the age of 16 and lost 25 kgs with the help of hath yoga.
I've been practicing yoga past 6 years now and have learned various art forms since then
