The best way to learn new vocabulary is to get aware of any new words you cross during your interaction with people or while using social media. Getting hold of their meanings and then using them in your vocabulary while making them your own is the way to go. For more extensive knowledge, you may read articles, news, watch movies with English subtitles and use the idioms and phrases in your own life too to make them a part of your language. The most important thing is English is that not your native language to be extremely fluent in. Put all the inhibitions aside and speak with confidence and be a learner who is not ashamed to correct himself and learn new words and vocabulary and never shy from taking help in learning new thing. Also, get enrolled in an English speaking course and get help from a dictionary and self-help books too. Nobody thinks anything wrong about a person who is confident enough to learn each day.
