"Horrible service experience - advance payment required, no faculty provided initially. Even after they somehow arranged faculty following my complaint, they weren't skilled enough to teach my kid properly. Initially, they wouldn't mention that the payment is non-refundable. Only after payment is made do they share the receipt, which states it's non-refundable. Umesh, the founder, makes false promises and pretends to be experienced, but he's one of the worst I've encountered - he'll do anything to just grab money. "

"I had a terrible experience with Genius Gems. I have a limited budget for home tutoring, but they insisted on having a good, highly qualified professional teacher. So I finally paid them X amount, and they promised me that once you paid, we would assign a teacher to you within 2 days. They clearly stated that if you do not like the demo and do not want to continue, we will refund your entire payment and only deduct 1000 rs. After we made the payment, the teacher arrived after 5 days, after doing continuous follow up with them and when we inquired about their qualifications, they said they were well qualified. After the teacher finished the demo, we had a discussion about the daily tuition timing and everything short out, but the next day teacher not came, when we inquired, they gave us excuses and said she would come from tomorrow. Again, she is not coming tomorrow, and genius gems informs us that we have assigned a new tutor to you. again, the new tutor is not coming for tuition. When I brought this up with the owner of genius and gems, he told me that we would find a good tutor and asked for another 7 days. After 7 days, another tutor arrived, but she was unprofessional and unsuitable. Now, when I asked for a refund because I don\'t want to continue with genius and gems. I requested a refund but as per them refund is not permitted under genius gems policy, so with sad note I will continue with genius and gems for another month. As a result, I urge all parents to exercise caution when looking for home tutors for their children. New update: after reviewing my review, they halted tuition and asked me to meet with their chairman in person, after which they will resume tuition. I've attached a screenshot of the problem. Finally, they sent another tutor, but this tutor did not come to my house, and when we discussed it with her, I was shocked because she really told us that I don't like their way of working and don't want to continue, and she also told us not to go with them. but we told them we didn't have a choice because we had already paid 5k rs. Current status: they don't have a tutor, so they deduct 1k and return 4k to me. However, they have already squandered a month of my daughter's studies. "

"And they hire very cheap or not experienced tutor and provide You home tutions and they switch tutor if they find another tutor who is ready to work in cheap and they all are money minded people after getting all money from client for tutions in advance, they don't have any concern with kids studies. I can only do is Advice you guys not to get in GENIUS GEMS by any way it's Total made bullshit, crap and waste. "
