I am a certified Yoga teacher with 3 years of experience in guiding students toward improved flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and overall well-being. I help learners of different levels develop a consistent yoga practice through personalized sessions that focus on physical fitness, mental balance, and a healthier lifestyle. My approach is to make yoga simple, accessible, and beneficial for every student according to their individual needs and goals.

I have completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health. Along with my academic qualifications, I have completed 200-hour and 900-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course certifications, which have provided me with in-depth knowledge of yoga practices, techniques, and teaching methodologies. My background in healthcare and yoga allows me to guide students with a better understanding of physical well-being and holistic health.

Over the past 3 years, I have worked with students at different levels, helping them improve their flexibility, strength, posture, mindfulness, and overall wellness. I understand that every individual has unique abilities, challenges, and fitness goals, so I customize my sessions accordingly.
