Softskills are those skills that will affect your personality. You develop them everyday, as you go through life, an ongoing process. eg. the way you talk, the way you handle your emotions, your facial expressions, your reactions, etc. You can also call them personal skills. 

Hardskills are those skills that you acquire with years of study. These are completed once your study is completed. eg. Degrees, Diplomas, Certifications, etc. You are taught these in institutions or colleges.

Could you please suggest me how can I improve my communication? I have joined one year spoken classes...

Hi Nikita, I believe you need to get your communication skills assessed first, before being able to improve it. An accurate assessment will display your positive traits as well as your shortcomings, where you should make use of your positive traits to overcome your shortcomings, which will definitely lead to improvements. "Where there is will, there is a way!" If you want to achieve something so desperately, you will definitely go through great lengths to do so same goes with improving your communication skills. Learning to communicate in English is a bit hard, but is definitely achievable with practice, practice and more practice because it is rightly said that "Practice makes a man perfect". First, get into the habit of reading the newspapers daily, this will not only improve your vocabulary, but will also keep you updated on current happenings. The news can become a point of discussion at gatherings, where you can converse confidently. Next, get into the habit of learning at least 5 new words and their meanings everyday, and try using them in your day-to-day conversations. Also, try listening to various conversations, either on TV or on the radio and grasp the meaning of difficult words. This will help in pronunciation and improve your diction. Lastly, by the end of the day, get into the habit of writing down a few lines on how your day went, trying to use the new words and whatever else you have learnt that day. All the best.
