Pass or Fail is not there in IELTS.
If you are going on a student visa, 6 and 6.5 is the required score.
If you are planning for Canada pr, as of now, you need 8777 scores (This may vary as per the profile). But in most cases, 8 in listening, 7 in reading, 7 in writing and 7 in speaking.
