Hey buddy! It depends on your graphical abilities. If you can think of brilliant graphics and neat designs then you can go for iOS as it requires its applications to be uniquely designed, every single one of them. The market price for the applications and the the advertisement you put on iOS application is higher than that of an Android application. I am an Android developer and I have made multiple applications till date and I would say that learning to code in Java or Kotlin and designing in XML was simpler for me and my friends than to work on Swift. Let me get this to you very clearly. If you have patience and are a visual kind of guy, go for iOS, if not, welcome to the Android club. Lastly, amount of money is more for iOS applications but they require longer durations of time to develop. If you'd like, I can help you with the initial setup and learning of Android application development too. If you have any more queries left, contact me on aishvarypsingh at gmail.com for further details. read less

I got campus placed in a company which was giving me a choice between android/ios. My java concepts were pretty clear so thought of giving Android a shot. And now is the time where I eat and breathe android. So if you want to give IOS a shot depends on your interest and love with OS. As mentioned by others, Hybrid application is the trend but have drawbacks as compared to native development. read less
