No. enterprise apps need not have the approval. if you want the app to be in appstore.. u ll need an approval..

Yes, Apple reviews all the apps manually.

Yes and No. Yes: If you want your app to available on apple store, you need approval of Apple. No: However, if you are open to share your app to others without the apple-store, than it doesn't require approval. However, the app will then work only on the jail-broken phones.

Dear Nikhil, I agree with Prudvi. To be more clear: I have published 200 + Third Party App deployment and 15 + AppStore Deployment. There are two ways to share your app to the users 1. Through AppStore provided by Apple Inc.: Where your app will be reviewed and signed(Apple Signature) by Apple. 2. Through Enterprise AppStore provided by Third Party AppStore like Airwatch, Apperian: Where your app will not reviewed by Apple but your app has to be signed with Apple Certificate and Profile with help of Enterprise Account(299$). Quick Diff between Third Party AppStore and Apple AppStore Third Party AppStore : 1. Wont review your code. 2. Will not take time to publish not more than 5 min. 3. You can publish version with out any Apple Approval. 4. Mostly Unlimited size of ipa will accept(based on my knowledge). I did more 150 MB File. Apple AppStore : 1. Must and should review your code. 2. Will take time to publish more than a week generally. 3. You can publish version only with Apple Approval. 4. Limited Size. Thanks APK iOS Trainer read less
