Amit K.

1. Basic Technical Training: Since freshers are not subject matter experts so gone through 3 - 6 months basic technical training within Organization.

2. Technical Assessment: HR sends freshers to various project teams for technical assesments.

3. Shadow Resource: Team Leads (Development / QA / Technical Writing / Support) picked up freshers as per Technical Evaluation. Fresher's don't have choice to choose a specific area (i.e. Development / QA / Technical Writing / Support) until & unless they have not very good knowledge of that area.

4. Tasks Allotment: After few days of Project / Product KT, team members start to assign tasks to freshers.

5. Customer Interview (Mostly): After spending certain time frame (6 - 12 months), every freshers who are still Shadow resource must become a Billable resouce after facing Customer Interview into same project.

6. Project Shifting (If Required) - If freshers fail to become Billable resource then HR shift fresher to some other project. HR can give max 2 chances to prove freshers as Billable resource, after that they can ask to leave Organization.
