My overall experience with a children appearing for the boards for the first time was very good. Being able to handle the pressure of both the course and also the mentality which the child has to learn throughout the year are the two necessities according to me. I prefer to be positive and friendly with the student and to be strict ,a little, at the same time. Making the student focused is the key to a good performance .I have taught two students appearing for the boards and they have scored exceptionally well.

Initially , I started teaching to do part time while studying at my hometown. But with time, I started to like this work. My experience with children of class 1st to 5th was wonderful. I found out that being strict with them doesn't get the job done all the time. Sometimes you need to let the kids do what and how they want to do. This is the major part which contributes in the development of their creative side. Being a friend rather than a teacher is what I love about this job. I have taught well in the past and have seen a remarkable increment in the scorecard and also the overall performance.
