It should display the content of the cell comment when you hover your mouse on it. (please note: it will display only if the cell comment was added earlier).

Go to review tab, there will be an option named comment, click on view comment and voila!!your comments will be visible.

I have completed MBA in Finance and operation and have done SAP MM consultant training after 5 yrs of working experience in the sap mm domain.
