=if(vlookup(lookup value, table array, column index, range)operator, "true vale", "false values") Example =if(vlookup (A2, A2:D8, 2, False)>= 450, "Above 450", "Below 450")

Assign the formula =IF(VLOOKUP(D2,A2:B6,2,FALSE)>2500,"Yes","No") to cell E2. Press Enter to apply the formula in cell E2.
