Please refer following dataset:

You would know:
- To Sort Month from Oldest → Newest OR Newest → Oldest
OR
- To Sort Region from A → Z OR Z → A
OR
- To Sort Units Sold from Smallest → Largest OR Largest → Smallest

 

But, did You know to:
- Sort Date from Oldest → Newest OR Newest → Oldest
AND
- Sort Region from A → Z OR Z → A
AND
- Sort Units Sold from Smallest → Largest OR Largest → Smallest
As in the following picture.

In the above picture, Dataset has been Sorted at Multiple Levels:
1st Level: Month - Oldest → Newest
2nd Level: Region - A → Z
3rd Level: Units Sold - Largest → Smallest

 

Q) How to do it?

A) Step 1: Click on any cell in the Dataset
Step 2: Click on Data tab
Step 3: Sort & Filter group > Click on Sort
Sort dialog box will open - please refer following picture:

Here, You can
i) Add Level
ii) Delete Level
iii) Copy Level
iv) Move Level Up OR Down
v) Create Your Custom List
vi) To select option if the Data is arranged horizontally (left to right)
