To Group data in a Pivot Table, right click a value and Select Group. Then in Grouping dialog box select Starting at and Ending at checkboxes, and edit the values as per the requirements. Suppose our Customer requires following:

An Excel Software for POS, with following functionalities:

  1. It should have an "Open List" for capturing product related information.
  2. It should have automatic bill numbering
  3. It should have Printable bill
  4. It should have a customer database form and recording
  5. It should take not more than 30 minutes of training to learn and operate
