Is taking a crash course for medical entrances at AAKASH institute advisable?

That depends on the center. But crash sourse will be useful only if you had done preparation throughout the year.

If you love to learn, then it is my concern...

I would never advice to go for crash courses rather All india based test series are the best for preparation. You get a week to study between exams. So study on your own and then appear for test series. An exhaustive study for an year is advisable rather than crash courses.
