Study 1 month for theory by isolating the important topic from previous year questions and do practice MCQ book rest of the time.

Focus on Government Medical College near to your home town. For MBBS college is not so much important. College from where you do Postgraduation is more important than MBBS. If you want to move abroad after MBBS than prefer a college in Delhi.
