No college is poor , unless we are not interested in medicine ! , self study is the best acc to me .

Focus on Government Medical College near to your home town. For MBBS college is not so much important. College from where you do Postgraduation is more important than MBBS. If you want to move abroad after MBBS than prefer a college in Delhi.
