In case you donot get job by your MS degree, then go for MBA from good Institute.

My husband has just studied 12th STD. Hi , most of the companies will look for the basic qualification. And persuing the studies will give him growth also. So continue studies simulataneously , in private modes . I beleive BBA can be a good suggestion . All the best
