Yes, you can. The pre requisite for joining MBA is to have completed one's graduation. The stream in which you have graduated is unimportant. Please go ahead and start making preparations to pursue your dream career.

You could do it, but try to choose a domain where your interest lies and your basic foundation is clear. when you join a master degree the syllabus is designed thinking that your basics are clear.
