The preparation for both are nearly similar. Give mock tests for both simultaneously and you can know where you are lagging behind and where to work hard.

Can I give SAT Exam After my B.Tech?
Yes, but SAT is mainly for undergraduate admissions. For postgrad, consider GRE or GMAT.
