Ofcourse you can. But what matters is the brand name of the college. In USA also there are hundreds of so called b schools.

For MBA in US /you need to write GMAT; some B- Schools accept GRE as well. If your undergrad course is in English/ in US TOEFL is waived off . Distance education is not considered valid by B- Schools for MBA program. Full time undergrad degrees are required.

There are two things over here - You are eligible to write the exam as it is the Common Aptitude Test, not just for IIMs. Nobody can stop you from giving the exam. You will not get a call from any IIMs...
