Well, first of all I have to tell you that this is the exact same question I posted sometime back, and, surprisingly, in the exact same language. Well, first of all I have to tell you that this is the exact same question I posted sometime back, and, surprisingly, in the exact same language. I personally believe that short courses especially the ones having a 'Do this. Don't do that' approach actually don't work. They just seem fancy and alluring to candidates. The ones that work are those which involve the candidates to recognize their individual strong points and minimize their weak points. This requires a longer duration engagement and lots of faith and patience. Once the principles are understood by the candidates, they are set on a journey of lifelong improvement. This brings about true empowerment when the person continues to work upon themselves throughout their lives. If the mental processes and functioning of the mind are understood well this can be attained by the coaches and trainers, otherwise, they just keep using a 'Do this. Don't do that' approach.

Hello Srh, there are no earmarked percentages. These matters cannot be standardized with exact calibrations. But cultivating a great personality is absolutely mandatory for corporate success. There are no two ways about it. Personality doesn't replace skills, talents, effectiveness, efficiency and other results functions. It encompasses them. It simply means that personality is not a superficial thing as is usually thought. It refelcts ones capability to bring results, and with pleasantness for all involved in the process. An impressive personality is also an impactful one, always remember this.
