whether you are taking tution or not you have manage your time. First and foremost remove and try be away from all kind of distractions(mobile, tiktok, hangout friends etc). Get yourself a silence corner be anytime (preferably morning) and think about all of your subjects and try to concentrate first which subject is easy and which subject is difficult for you. Then try to work on those subjects harder. In doing don't talk unnecessary to anyone, if possible start writing everything you are reading. Once your mind grasp every subject and weakness in you will automatically start working on removing your problems one by one.

Answer to this question lies in the type of location in which student is studying.
In rural areas there is need of tuition because of lack of good guidance in rural community.
surely in rural areas college tution will keep rising.
Whereas in urban areas there might be no rise in college tution, but in urban areas also there will be always constant demand of college tution.
