Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition are the elements of fitness. Means if you can lift regular weights, you can perform any task for a longer time, if your body allows your limbs to reach longer ranges and your body's physical look is good then you're fit.
