Hello, this question has two answers. If you are looking at just passing LLB for the sake of a degree, library is not that important: rather you collate previous questions use local guides and notes for your university and prepare only from an exam point of view. However, if you are looking for mastering the art of lawyering, library is indispensable. I'm sure any law library must be vast and confusing, leaving you often unclear where to start. I can give you a tip that I followed, for each paper in your semester, find commentaries from your library and read, make notes. Making notes will help you develop your writing skills also. Then, participate in your college moot court competitions, external seminars etc wherein you will be given a specific issue to research. Lastly, my personal advise, read without filter all socio-current affairs publications. This will make you understand the real sociatal issues which necessitates new legislations read less
