Nevertheless, one life skill that I still treasure actually developed during my elementary and high school years, and that is to appreciate humour, and the ability to take a joke on myself(self-depreciating humour).Humour is a great way to connect with peers. Being able to make others laugh and being open to humour directed at yourself can help build authentic and solid relationships.When conflicts arise, a sense of humour can be a valuable toolto diffuse tense situations and even allow individuals to bounce back from setbacks.
