My qualifications include certifications from K11, NISS PPT, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course. These have helped me develop a comprehensive and well-rounded approach that integrates traditional yoga techniques with modern fitness science.
My journey in this field has been filled with remarkable client success stories. One of my most memorable transformations was that of a 46-year-old client who reduced his weight from 166 kg to 78 kg and went on to compete in a bodybuilding competition within just two years. Another inspiring story is of a female client who dropped from 178 kg to 80 kg.
