Well it takes 8 weeks to learn the basic with good foundation. And regular practice of 30 min a day will lead to your progress depending on your level of speed. You will be ready to play a simple song at least by 1 year comfortably.

Learn music successfully in the simplest way possible!

Casio is just a Brand Name like Yamaha, Korg Etc. To learn to play simple songs on any instrument takes at least 3 months but it depends on how much time you dedicate for practice.

There are several brands which make keyboards like Yamaha, Korg etc. Only difference between various brands keyboards, is Tone quality and Features.
