I have been teaching Piano and Guitar for six years in various music institutes and personal classes.
More than 50 students under my guidance and teaching, many of which have appeared for Grade Initial-Grade 4 in Western Classical Piano, Classical Guitar and Plectrum Guitar and have performed exceptionally well. I have the experience of teaching people of all age groups with my youngest student being five years of age.

Which keyboard is the best one?

I would recomend Yamaha E363 for a begginer. It costs arround 11000(Price may vary a bit). This keyboard has a decent piano sound which is good for learning and the keys are also good. This has touch responsive keys, which will alow you to control velocity(sound) while playing.

Which is the best keyboard below INR 10000? Please help me out.

I really recomend Yamaha PSR E 363, price should be arround 11500 but its really worth buying.

Is RockJam RJ561 61-Keys Electronic Keyboard SuperKit good for beginners?

I dont think its a good idea. You can go for Yamaha PSR E363 or Casio CTK 810IN. They should serve you for a very long period.
