First of all, get a strong carrying case/bag for your keyboard. IF possible get a Flight case for your keyboard if your keyboard is very expensive. While on train better to come to a mutual understanding with your fellow travellers and keep your instrument under the seat.

How much time will be take to learn and to ready for Casio keyboard ?
Well it takes 8 weeks to learn the basic with good foundation. And regular practice of 30 min a day will lead to your progress depending on your level of speed. You will be ready to play a simple song at least by 1 year comfortably.
