The HR role is wicked where many HRs in many companies do not pay the dues for many employees and get the curse of many employees. You have escaped the future curses and safe in programming. Please learn the programming concepts like creating variables, looping(for,foreach,while) , functions. The same concepts are used in various programming languages like Javascript,Powershell etc. If you are new , best to learn HTML,CSS,Javascript(more than enough). All the best! read less
