I am duly Certified Yog Instructor from Gujarat Yog Board. Before this certifications and all, I was volunteering in Patanjali Yog Center & bhramakumaries and have gone through one of the courses in Art of Living as well... from childhood had been provided saanidhya of spiritual gurus, felt blessed to put self on test of yogic practices including those related to Jain Traditions and scientific temparament.. I am blessed to nurtured the self for realising and sharing the ancient wisdom in most appropriate way I know and can relate for overall well being. Having Ample amount of self-implied practices and served to many seekers in last 4 years.
