I have been working as a corporate trainer from last 10 years in companies like Dell, Genpact, WNS, TCS. I have been a trainer for the sessions, Spoken English, American accent, Neutral accent, Public speaking, Effective communication, Enhancing team fitness etc.

Instead of choosing the textbook approach I prefer to observe the strengths and weaknesses of the individual and then I design the course which as a result would allow the candidate to grasp quickly and would bring him confidence to express himself in the English language. Also the candidate would get to see the new spheres of English which would eventually make him passionate about the language. As it's not only about exams or interviews ..it's about you and how you think of yourself in this era when the world is just a click away and the only language which could be called native among all the language is English.

I opted for the Soft Skills training program in which I was trained by Mr.Naveen Sir and my experience was quite wonderful as I have gained so much confidence, fluency and also improved my vocabulary and accent. The environment of the sessions was so positive and amiable that more than a trainer he was a mentor and a friend to me with whom I have learnt so much about corporate world and important lessons of life. The teaching methodology of Mr.Naveen Sir is so effective and that's what makes him stand apart from others.
