What would be the fee for guitar learning?

It depends on tutor to tutor and also on there mode of payment, whether it is per class or per month, usually it is around 3000-5000 a month.

What is the best way to learn playing chords on Guitar for Beginners?

there are a lot of applications for smartphone users for guitar chords. other than that, you can browse youtube for it.

I don't have a guitar. Is there an alternate way where I can learn guitar for few days until I purchase one?

u can go to guitar classes and learn a bit there, but u need to have a guitar for practicing, dats for sure

I am in my late thirties. But I want to learn guitar very much. How long it will take for me to learn?

sir it depends on the amount of time you practice everyday. if u take out an hour everyday, u might learn to play basics in about 1-1.5 months.
