With over 20 years of experience in Ashtanga Yoga, I offer a deep and seasoned approach to practice that integrates traditional wisdom with modern understanding. My academic credentials include an MA in Yoga, and my training journey took me to the esteemed Bihar School of Yoga, where I further honed my skills and knowledge.

Throughout my career, I have taught at various schools and institutes, as well as conducted numerous one-on-one sessions. My extensive experience allows me to adapt my teaching methods to suit individual needs and goals, ensuring a personalized and effective yoga practice.

I have been recognized for my dedication and skill, notably receiving an award in Rajasthan for completing 108 Surya Namaskaras, a testament to my commitment and proficiency in yoga practice.

Currently, I offer both online and offline sessions ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour. My sessions are practical and live, allowing for real-time interaction and personalized feedback. In addition to yoga instruction, I provide diet guidance to complement the physical practice and support overall well-being.
