There is one particular answer so that you can mug up and say at the interview, It depends on your qualification , skills & potential you carry , the job profile & the goodwill of the company. Also you need to analyse your past experience and its relevance to the profile your are wanting to, the organisation hierarchy and your growth plans. All this put together, you have to decide. My answer would be " I think I have the potential to take this job profile as its area of my interest so that I can work more effectively & give best to the company and myself in next 2/3/ 5 years and hence be more on the asset side rather cost centre..... as CTC means "Cost To the Company" read less
