Prepare - 67% of the interviewer will judge you within 30 seconds of you entering the interview room. (1st impression is very important) Your TMAY (Tell Me something about yourself) is very critical. You should be well versed with your resume. 3. Follow-up - 60% of the candidate do not follow up after the interview. There are 30% additional chances of you getting selected if you do the follow-up. Before appearing for any interview , first understand what is interview ? The interview is nothing but a place where interviewer and interviewee both meet and understand each other’s expectation related to the job. It may be related to job roles or salary and other facilities. Here both have equal importance. Actually a job is an agreement between Employer and Employees, hence there is no need to fear and face the Interview confidently. Now the part of Interview preparation in Two/ Three days. 1) Know the company well. 2) Know the Job roles well. 3) Related to job roles , Prepare minimum 2-3 topics thoroughly (because we have very less time for preparation). 4) Prepare your answer honestly. Because interviewer is easily find your lie, he knows the in and out of the particular subject. 5) If you don’t know the answer, honestly say that you don’t know the answer and will learn it in future. 6) Focus on your strengths. 7) Wear Clean and well ironed dress. 8) Take a deep breath during the interview. All the Best. read less
